pre-form is a design and construction firm based in Calgary, Alberta. We create additional space for your home without the need for onsite construction.
We deliver thoughtfully designed, highly crafted and energy efficient prefabricated structures. Form 001 is our initial offering, however feel free to discuss your requirements with us to create a solution tailored to your needs.

The Process.

The initial consultation is to determine your needs, the suitability of your property and the best location for the structure. From there we help you decide the optimal orientation of windows and doors, and finalize any options. At this point, you apply for any permits if needed, and the deposit is paid.

We begin production of your space. During this time we will assist in organizing any foundation and electrical work necessary for the installation of the structure. The building process can take between 8-10 weeks.

We have trusted delivery partners, who will go as far as you need. We will help organize a crane to be on site ready. At least one member of pre-form will always be present to assist with the install and connection. Once on site, your structure will be ready to use the same day.
