Our first model, Form 001, is functional and versatile. At 106 sq ft with a 27 sq ft attached deck, it is permit free in most municipalities. Just consider it the additional space you need, delivered right to your door.
A simplistic form with a single pitch and a deep overhang, standing seam metal roofing, neatly packaged in durable timber cladding. Premium interior finishes create a refined and tranquil space and the large corner windows seamlessly connect to the outside. No matter the location, Form 001 was designed to fit effortlessly in with its surroundings.

Timber exterior cladding and decking
Thermally modified pine from FSC® certified rapidly renewable plantations in New Zealand. Designed to age with grace, Abodo timbers maintain their durability and beauty for a lifetime. We offer two colour options, Nero and Patina, however we can provide access to Abodo’s full range of colours.
Infrared heating panel with smart thermostat
Included is a 750w heating panel mounted to the ceiling. It warms the objects in the room creating a more consistent heat, completely silent minimizing distractions whilst you enjoy the space. The programmable thermostat can be controlled from your phone and is smart home enabled, compatible with Amazon, Google and Apple.
Custom door with multi-point locking hardware
Both beautiful and secure, the door is hand-manufactured from Abodo wood to create an obscured entry to Form 001, whilst the multi-point locking hardware provides the utmost piece of mind.
Engineered oak hardwood
Premium wide plank white oak flooring, provides a durable and resistant finish, and timeless aesthetic.
Baltic birch wall panels
Cabinetry grade baltic birch plywood lines the walls and vaulted ceiling. A light finish and delicate grain provide a contrast to the exterior facade, and create a calm and light environment.
Aluminum clad windows
Dual pane glass, black exterior aluminum frame and the beauty of a solid Hem/Fir interior. Built to withstand the elements whilst providing excellent efficiency. Window configuration chosen by you, to suit your space.

We designed Form 001 to be a straight forward addition to your property, but we are happy to accommodate any ideas or requirements you might have for your space. Contact us for project enquiries for structures up to 300 sq ft.

We can complete all site work required for the placement of your structure, both foundation and electrical. We can also provide additional landscaping services such as deck additions.
